LPN Acute Care Rehabilitation

UCHealth seeks an LPN for our Acute Care Rehabilitation unit to deliver patient-centered, hands-on nursing care. In this role, you’ll support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery by assisting with mobility, ADLs, and rehab-focused interventions. You’ll administer medications, monitor vitals, and document in the EMR while collaborating closely with RNs, therapists, and providers.
