OB/GYN Opportunity - West Central New Jersey
Well-Established Private Practice
Position Overview
A well-established private OB/GYN group is seeking an MD/DO with strong ties to NJ to join their team in a family-oriented community in West Central New Jersey, equidistant to NYC and Philadelphia. The practice includes 9 OB/GYNs, 2 GYN-only physicians, and 1 WHNP, working across 4 modern, comfortable offices with equal call coverage (1:11). This is a partnership-track opportunity with a GYN-heavy caseload, ideal for a physician with strong gynecologic surgical skills.
Practice Highlights
Average of 8-10 deliveries per physician per month; 40/60 OB to GYN ratio
Comprehensive women's health services: family planning, contraception, infertility treatment, ultrasound, and low- to high-risk pregnancy care
Significant GYN surgical volume, including MIS and robotics
Management of pelvic pain, PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and other reproductive health conditions
In-office LEEP and hysteroscopy
Advanced minimally invasive procedures: laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and endometrial ablation
Clinical Facilities
Admitting privileges at a large community medical center with a 19-bed LDRP maternity unit
Level II intensive care nursery, staffed 24/7 by neonatologists
Recently rebuilt ER, ICU, and fully equipped labor floor
On-site comprehensive cancer center, pain management, and cardiac catheterization
Close collaboration with perinatal consultants at a nearby Level III facility
