Charge Nurse Clinical Decision Unit

Intermountain Health seeks a Charge Nurse to lead day-to-day clinical operations on an acute care unit. In this role, you’ll coordinate patient flow, assign staff, and support bedside nurses to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will serve as a clinical resource, monitor quality and safety metrics, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
