Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume retail pharmacy. You will oversee safe, accurate dispensing, verify prescriptions, manage inventory and controlled substances, and ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations. You’ll lead and schedule pharmacists and technicians, coach performance, and deliver exceptional patient counseling, immunizations, and medication therapy services. Partner with store leadership to grow the business, drive quality and safety metrics, and support Walmart’s culture of respect, service, and continuous improvement.
