  • Setting : Outpatient- freestanding clinic
  • Dates of coverage needed: ASAP 12/31/2026 with possible ongoing extension
  • Schedule : Monday Friday; 8a - 5p
  • Scope of Practice: Treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
  • License and certification: Active unrestricted OHIO State License, Board Certified, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
