Rehabilitation Nurse Supervisor

Altru Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Altru Health System, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead daily clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role provides leadership to nursing staff, ensuring safe, high‑quality rehabilitative care for inpatient and outpatient populations. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, coaching, and performance management; supporting interdisciplinary care planning; monitoring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; and promoting evidence‑based practice.
