Seeking a high energy Floor Manager for our acclaimed establishment.

We are open late nights but your schedule will be for 45-48 hours a week.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Dazzle your guests with an exceptional experience every single time.
Hold yourself and your team accountable for being the best in the trade area at what we do.
Grow the business and deliver strong financial results.
Highly qualified problem solver with strong and rational decision-making abilities.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

18 months plus of experience in a similar role in a polished casual restaurant.
High volume experience is a must – a minimum of $4 million in annual sales.
Be knowledgeable on cocktails and craft beer and current beverage market trends
Be that brand ambassador in the community that people gravitate towards.
Prior working knowledge of the Washington DC market is highly desirable.

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Two weeks of PTO available right out of training.
Highly attainable bonus paid out Quarterly.

Base salary of $67-$72K.
