Jane Pauley Community Health Center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. As one of Indiana's largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), we provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse and underserved communities throughout Central Indiana.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Promote preventive care, wellness, and population health initiatives
• Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care management teams
• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care programs
• Share in an equitable call rotation

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for serving diverse and underserved patient populations
