Join our Supply Chain team 

The ASPIRE program is a two-year rotational and training program designed to inspire and guide recent graduates through career-shaping experiences.

Through structured development, rotational assignments, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration, participants build the technical, business, and leadership capabilities needed to succeed at Baker Hughes. Upon completing the program, participants are expected to continue their careers within the company, applying their experience and contributing to our purpose of rewriting the energy equation. 

Within Supply Chain, the program combines rotational assignments with formal classroom learning and project work to build functional and leadership capabilities across Supply Chain and Health, Safety and Environment.

As part of the ASPIRE Supply Chain program, you will build experience through structured development and meaningful assignments. You will be responsible for: 

  • Working on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, HSE and services operations 

  • Participating in structured career development, receiving coaching, and mentoring and on-the job-learning to create opportunities for career acceleration 

  • Attending a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes 

  • Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders 

  • Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams 

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role, you will: 

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited university 

  • Have completed your most recent degree within the last 24 months. 

  • Have a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher, or equivalent. 

  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with effective communication skills. 

  • Be geographically mobile, as program locations may vary. 

  • Demonstrate experience in and passion for supply chain operations. 

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must maintain work authorization throughout their employment without requiring sponsorship by Baker Hughes, now or in the future.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $68,866 - $93,174 

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time.
