Full job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining travel, accessibility, and customer-related information within our internal systems. Your work will help ensure travelers have access to reliable and accurate information when planning their trips.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility information into company databases.
Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
Organize digital files and documentation according to company standards.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
$25 - $35 an hour
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
Commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Interest in travel, accessibility, and customer service is a plus.
