OVERVIEW:
The Command Center Operator will effectively control the flow of the distribution center operation by analyzing, evaluating, and utilizing the latest technologies to make strategic business decisions. This person will be assessing workflow demand, service level agreements, and labor resources in partnership with operations to drive building productivity.
2nd Shift: 4:00pm-2:30am Monday - Thursday
$21.60 + $1.00/hr
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze data, workflow and demand, and compare to service level agreements to make independent strategic decisions for overall building operational flow
By utilizing building technology systems, analytical evaluate current conditions verse expectation to control the overall flow of the distribution facility
Coordinate and lead plan for inbound and outbound receiving/shipping operations to ensure building meets service level agreements and daily goals
Identify hardware, software, or operational issues in real time, effectively communicate with operations and maintenance teams, and drive resolution for to maximize building productivity
Identify improvements for operational building flow, and drive improvements to completion through coordination with business leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years in manufacturing/distribution
Ability to handle potentially stressful situations calmly and effectively, and make decisions based on sound judgement and good reasoning
Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
