Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Illinois license required.
• Cerner experience required.
• Experience in inpatient general med/surg and orthopedic settings required.
• Must have a verifiable permanent address 50 miles or more from the facility.

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• 4x10 or 5x8 schedule.
• No weekends.

Mattoon offers access to central Illinois travel routes and regional recreation.
