We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Kansas City, United States.   • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems using Microsoft Office and specialized software
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure data quality by conducting regular verification and validation checks
  • Organize, file, and manage documents and records in both digital and physical formats to optimize accessibility
  • Support administrative tasks including document preparation, photocopying, and correspondence management
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to gather information and clarify data requirements
  • Prioritize multiple data entry projects effectively while meeting established deadlines
  • Analyze data for discrepancies and errors, reporting findings to supervisors for resolution
  • Assist with general clerical duties including scheduling, appointment coordination, and database updates
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow established security protocols when handling sensitive information
