Residential & Small Business Telecommunications Sales Representative

Optimum, a leader in telecommunications and media, is hiring a Sales Representative to drive residential and small business growth for internet, TV, mobile, and voice services. In this role, you will prospect and qualify leads, present tailored connectivity and entertainment solutions, and close new accounts while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. You’ll conduct in-person and phone-based consultations, explain product features, bundles, and pricing, and guide customers through the order process. You will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up on leads, and partner with local teams to support community-based sales events and promotions.
