Restaurant Sous Chef

We are a growing restaurant group looking for a Marketing Director to lead marketing across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands restaurant marketing, can manage digital and social channels, and knows how to connect marketing efforts to business results. Requirments and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-unit environments
• Hands-on experience managing social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and websites
• Strong Canva skills with the ability to create menus, flyers, event collateral, and digital content
• Proven ability to create photo and video content and manage a consistent brand voice
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple locations, campaigns, and budgets
• Restaurant or hospitality experience with a strong understanding of guest acquisition, retention, and events
• Results-oriented and willing to be measured by business performance
• Comfortable being hands-on in the restaurants and at events, including nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Baltimore market knowledge is a plus
