Registered Nurse

Sistersville Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Sistersville, WV. In this resident-focused role, you will provide hands-on nursing care to seniors, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and support with daily needs. You will develop and update individualized care plans, collaborate closely with therapists and other team members, and communicate with families.
