Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide primary care, chronic disease management, and health education to underserved patients. In this mission-driven, faith-based clinic, you’ll deliver patient-centered nursing care: triage, assessments, vitals, immunizations, wound care, medication administration, care coordination, and documentation in the EHR. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person wellbeing, contribute to quality improvement, and promote health equity in a collaborative, community-focused environment that values professionalism, respect, and spiritual sensitivity.
