Float Pool Geriatric Licensed Practical Nurse

Bethesda Health is seeking a Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, person-centered care across our senior care communities, including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory support. In this flexible, on-site role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in the EHR, and support care plans while floating between units based on census and acuity. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a faith-based, mission-driven environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality outcomes, with opportunities for growth across multiple Bethesda locations.
