Full job description
This position requires Patient Flow Staffing Liaison under managed care services to monitor real-time patient flow, staffing coverage, and census trends, proactively identifying bottlenecks and coordinating interventions to improve throughput throughout the organization. This role serves as a key communication link between clinical staff, bed control, nursing leadership, and ancillary departments to facilitate efficient patient movement, reduce delays, and maintain safe staffing levels.

- Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills; Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and maintain focus.
- Proactive, "can-do" approach and desire to build positive working relationships through collaborative problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and results oriented. Must be able to demonstrate sound decision making, flexibility and prioritization skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
Required:
- High school diploma
Preferred
- Minimum of 1-year acute hospital nursing in a medical/surgical setting
