What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations.
  • Accurately complete delivery tickets, driver logs, and required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to ensure quality service.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction at all times.

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in varying conditions.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible decision-making.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required documentation, and manage delivery schedules.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
