Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

St. David’s Medical Center is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy to patients in South Austin. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you’ll deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions, while monitoring patient progress and documenting care in EMRs. You’ll educate patients and families, promote home safety, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
