Director of Operations

Adventist Health seeks a Director of Operations for our Cancer Center to lead daily operations, drive quality and patient experience, and support mission-driven, whole-person care. This role oversees budgets, staffing, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance while partnering with physicians, nursing, and ancillary teams to expand services and improve outcomes. The director will lead strategic initiatives, use data to guide performance improvement, mentor leaders, and model our faith-based values of compassion, collaboration, and service to the community.
