SCHEDULE: Friday, 12:00pm - 12:30am; Saturday/Sunday, 8:00am - 8:00pm

SUMMARY 

A Registered Nurse (RN) I - Hospice provides and plans professional nursing care to patients under the direction of a physician. This role involves delivering direct patient care, assisting with examinations, accurately documenting patient conditions, vital signs, diagnoses, and prescribed treatments. The Level 1 RN also administers treatments and medications as directed, contributing to the comfort and symptom control of hospice patients. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. 

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. 

• 0 to 2 years of experience 

EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS 

• Valid RN license in the state(s) where service is provided 

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field preferred
