<p style="text-align:center"><b>Move Forward with Volt</b></p> <p style="text-align:center">Volt is hiring for a <b>1st Shift Production Test Operator</b> for a technology company located in <b>Hillsboro, OR</b>.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><b>6-24 month contract opportunity, Gain experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment</b></p> <p><b>As a Test Operator you will be:</b></p> <ul> <li>Running and monitoring jobs to meet daily production goals.</li> <li>Following documented procedures.</li> <li>Complying with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) policies and safety practices.</li> <li>Using basic tools like Excel and web-based platforms.</li> <li>Reporting failed components by initiating non-conforming material reports.</li> <li>Performing quality checks and troubleshooting basic problems in your assigned area.</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualified Candidates will have:</b></p> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Good judgment for solving low-complexity problems.</li> <li>Comfort using email for communication.</li> <li>Technical proficiency and comfort with digital tools.</li> </ul> <p>This is a <b>Full-Time, Contract role (Up tp a 24 month contract).</b></p> <p><b>Schedule:</b> <b>Monday – Friday, 6:45am - 3:00pm</b></p> <p><b>Pay: $20/hr.
