About the Opportunity
We are seeking aSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP)to provide skilled therapy to patients withspeech, language, cognition, and swallowing disordersin a SNF setting.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoymedical complexity and interdisciplinary care .CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome .
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat dysphagia, cognition, speech, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide1:1 skilled therapy
Educate patients, families, and staff on care strategies
Document progress and outcomes accurately
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active (or pending) state SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred (CFY welcome)
