Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehab care within our inpatient and home-based network. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, function, and independence. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and an interdisciplinary care team in a nurturing, dynamic environment. Document progress, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
