The Janitorial Supervisor will provide oversight of all custodial services at CMI’s customer site in Washington, DC.

Key Job Functions

  • Responsible for ensuring buildings are in clean and orderly condition, to include all interior and exterior areas of the federal facility
  • Supervise all custodial staff and ensure proper coverage at all times
  • Ensure all supplemental services such as window washing, snow and ice removal are handled according to the customer requirements

  • High school diploma; BA degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience managing custodial services at a multi-site federal facility totaling at least 1.7M square feet.
  • Required to be fully conversant in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service skills
