What You’ll Do as an LPN
Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition changes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Provide education and support to residents and families
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, safety, and facility policies
Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism with high‑acuity residents
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
Valid Georgia LPN license
Current CPR certification
Prior long‑term care or nursing home experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
