4 - 6 patient encounters per shift in hospital; up to 15 in clinic
4 admissions expected
Average 4 - 6 patients seen per shift
Phone consults: 0 - 3 average
Rounding -- both inpatient and outpatient
Ongoing pool coverage -- opportunity to join provider pool
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
