Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute communities. The LPN will provide direct clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document in the EHR while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.
