Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Rotating shifts: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Rotational call coverage required for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 30-minute response time required for on-call responsibilities
This position plays a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient patient care and maintaining procedural throughput by supporting the operation of multiple procedure rooms. The Sr. Professional Staff Nurse II serves as a clinical leader within the department, utilizing advanced nursing knowledge, critical thinking, and collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The Sr. Professional Staff Nurse II is a Registered Nurse responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, promoting quality and process improvement initiatives, and serving as a role model for professional nursing practice. This role includes leadership, partnership, collaboration, and mentorship responsibilities while fostering strong relationships with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families throughout the continuum of care.
Candidates with two or more years of procedural nursing experience are preferred.

The minimum starting rate for a non-BSN Professional Staff Nurse is $36.50 per hour.
