Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC PT license

Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 40 hours per week On-call or weekend requirement: None Coverage area includes Thomas, Brooks, and Colquitt counties Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
