Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to oversee and perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams across its integrated care settings. In this role, you’ll coordinate workflow for a team of sonographers, ensure adherence to imaging protocols, and support a safe, compassionate patient experience. You’ll collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams, help train and mentor staff, maintain equipment readiness, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that advance patient-centered, community-focused care.
