Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitative care within our inpatient and home-based settings. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement goal-driven interventions to maximize patients’ independence and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, PTs, and SLPs, while educating patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
