Operating Room Nurse

Parkridge Health Network, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an Operating Room Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate perioperative care in a fast‑paced surgical environment. The OR Nurse will circulate and scrub for diverse procedures, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia, and ensure adherence to evidence‑based protocols and infection control standards. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, and advocacy before, during, and after surgery; accurate documentation; medication and instrument management; and emergency response. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, precept new staff, and participate in quality and process‑improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
