Overview

The Administrative Assistant opportunity will operate full time, Monday - Friday, within standard business hours. This will be an onsite position.


How you'll make an impact

  • Provides administrative and secretarial support to one or more mid-level professionals.
  • Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.
  • May assist in budget preparation and control activities.
  • May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
  • Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
  • May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.

About You

Required:

  • High school diploma and 2 years related experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

Preference:
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is highly preferred but not required.
