Residential Construction & Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Construction Technician / Carpenter to handle construction, renovation, repair, and property improvement projects throughout New Hampshire. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid residential construction experience who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and take pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential construction, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance
• Complete framing, trim, flooring, siding, doors, windows, decks, and finish work
• Assist with manufactured/modular home installation and setup
• Complete punch-list work and prepare homes for occupancy
• Troubleshoot construction and property-related issues
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, and suppliers
• Assist with seasonal and emergency property needs as required

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or home-building experience
• Strong carpentry and general construction skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between properties in New Hampshire
• Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious
• Additional experience with modular homes, equipment operation, basic plumbing/electrical repairs, or reading construction plans is a plus.
