What You'll Be Doing
  • Complying with company policy
  • Material Handling/Movement
  • Welding


This is hands-on, high-skill welding - not light fabrication or bench work.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience welding (ASME code welding is preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED is required (Associates degree is preferred)
  • Ability to pass on-site weld qualification testing
  • Ability to read basic instructions and drawings
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday: Day and afternoon shift rotation (details reviewed during interview)
  • Overtime opportunities based on business needs

Pay & Benefits
  • Starting at $23.07/hour with a structured wage progression program that provides opportunities for scheduled pay increases.
  • Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour for qualifying shifts
  • Retention Bonus: $500 after successfully completing 9 months of employment
