Alternative Education Elementary School Teacher

Ombudsman Educational Services, a ChanceLight Education brand, is seeking an Elementary School Teacher to support at-risk and nontraditional learners in a small, structured classroom. In this role, you will design and deliver personalized, standards-based instruction in core subjects, use data to monitor progress, and implement behavior support strategies to maintain a safe, positive environment. You will collaborate closely with school districts, families, and support staff, contribute to IEPs when applicable, and help students build academic, social, and self-advocacy skills that lead to long-term success.
