About Davis Automotive

Davis Automotive is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Dallas, TX. This opportunity offers $35-$45 per hour plus performance bonuses with earning potential of $90,000+ annually. The technician will work in an established independent repair environment servicing domestic, Asian, and fleet vehicles. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of domestic, Asian, and fleet vehicles.
• Complete automotive repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
• Document vehicle conditions, repair findings, and recommendations accurately.
• Complete assigned repairs through final quality inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to support efficient workflow and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Previous experience in an independent repair shop or dealership.
• Ability to perform automotive diagnostics and complete repairs independently.
• Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Strong computer skills; experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software is preferred.
• Fleet repair experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, organization, teamwork, and commitment to quality workmanship.
