CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to deliver individualized therapy in patients’ homes. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, create goal-driven care plans, and provide caregiver education to promote independence and safety.
