What You'll Do
As a Pest Control Service Professional, you'll spend your day helping people in your community by solving pest issues and building long-term customer relationships through honesty, empathy, and outstanding service.
You will:
- Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest concerns
- Execute specialized pest management treatment plans
- Recommend preventative solutions to help customers avoid future issues
- Travel to customer appointments throughout your service area
- Educate customers on treatment plans and best practices
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication
In this role, you'll directly contribute to our mission of creating healthier, safer environments for the communities we serve.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you'll be enthusiastic, dependable, customer-focused, and committed to excellence. You'll also have:
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work in tight spaces
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
