Job Description
The Mission Analyst will serve as the critical liaison between the program and the warfighter/stakeholder community, ensuring the platform's capabilities are directly aligned with operational needs and mission priorities. Act as a domain expert and advocate for mission user needs, translating complex operational requirements, tactics, and strategic objectives into actionable insights for the technical and customer success teams. Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to contextualize data, ensuring that analytics, dashboards, and data products are directly relevant to mission outcomes. Work with the Customer Success team to validate that solutions developed on the program are operationally effective and meet the intended mission needs. Analyze mission-area problems and processes to identify opportunities where the program can provide value, improve efficiency, or enable new capabilities. Maintain a deep understanding of the stakeholder's operational environment, challenges, and decision-making processes. Review technical solutions and training materials for mission relevance and clarity, providing feedback to ensure they resonate with the end-user community. Stay current with evolving mission sets, operational priorities, and stakeholder challenges to proactively guide the program's development efforts.
Must have:
- Minimum 8 years of experience conducting mission analysis/operations/communications
- Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of equivalent experience)
Security Clearance:
- Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
