Full job description
Join our growing multidisciplinary team of medical weight loss physicians, bariatric surgeons, dietitians, and nurse practitioners. As a Board-Certified/Eligible Obesity Medicine Physician, you will provide expert evaluation and non-surgical management for adult and pediatric patients with obesity and related conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Care: Manage adult and pediatric weight management patients.
Pharmacotherapy & Lifestyle: Utilize non-surgical interventions, including weight loss medications, diet, exercise, and behavior modification.
Surgical Support: Oversee peri- and post-operative care for bariatric surgery patients.
Multidisciplinary Team: Collaborate closely with bariatric surgeons, psychologists, and dietitians.
Modern Treatment: Develop personalized plans leveraging advanced technology and research.
Qualifications & Requirements
Primary Certification: BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine (Preferred), or an Internal Medicine sub-specialty.
Specialty Certification: BC/BE in Obesity Medicine.
Clinical Expertise: Deep understanding of genetic, biological, environmental, social, and behavioral drivers of obesity.
Care Competency: Proficient in non-surgical obesity treatments and bariatric surgical care.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $240,000 - $316,000
