Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator to advance trauma care quality and patient outcomes. In this role, you will lead trauma performance improvement initiatives, collect and analyze clinical data, and support accreditation and regulatory readiness. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to refine protocols, standardize best practices, and drive patient safety. You will also provide staff education on trauma standards, workflows, and evidence-based care, helping foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the trauma program.
