You will work closely with the Clinic Director, treating a balanced mix of general orthopedic and athletic patients while developing your skills in a sports/function-forward clinic.

  • Regular 1:1 check-ins focused on growth, efficiency, and confidence
  • Gradual onboarding with collaborative treatment sessions as needed
  • Clear expectations around autonomy, progression, and when to escalate cases
  • New grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and eager to grow

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
  • Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
  • Strong communication and time-management skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary $90,000 - $105,000 based on experience
