Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working closely with supervising Physical Therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional training, document patient progress, and educate patients and families. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered culture with strong clinical support, mentorship, and manageable caseloads, helping seniors improve function, independence, and quality of life each day.
