This is a busy hospital operating room environment supporting a broad range of surgical specialties, including a high-volume Labor and Delivery program. The facility functions under a care team model that integrates CRNAs and CAAs under anesthesiologist supervision, providing a collaborative clinical environment. Multiple operating room locations contribute to a diverse and active practice setting.

About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Austin, Texas, with shift options of 8, 10, and 12 hours; regular hours are required, with a minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month. The surgical case mix includes General, OB, Neuro, Ortho, Pediatrics, and Cardiac procedures, within an active L&D environment. The position operates under a care team model alongside CRNAs and CAAs, with the anesthesiologist providing supervision across multiple facilities. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role, and no call coverage is required.
