Three weeks (Monday-Friday) per month
Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

with a

1-hour unpaid lunch

midday
North Dakota and Minnesota licenses are both required
Will see both

adult and pediatric patients
Flexible start date

between January and April, with

April being the latest acceptable start date
This is a

long-term need

, and only candidates willing to commit to a

minimum 6+ month assignment

will be considered
Epic experience is highly preferred
