Engineer 1

Engineer 1 at Wyndham Hotels supports day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations in a hospitality environment. Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance leadership team, this entry-level role assists with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs to guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems. The Engineer 1 responds to service requests, troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and ensures work is completed safely and efficiently. Partnering closely with hotel teams, this role helps deliver a comfortable, reliable experience for guests while learning and growing within Wyndham’s people-first, inclusive culture.
